I am a first year PhD student enrolled in the FIRE doctoral program at CRI. For my PhD project, I am studying the evolution of antibiotic resistance in the complex environment of the Human gut microbiota. I am implementing CRISPR based technologies to do the same at high throughput and better resolution,
